"There is this very old joke.
Maybe someone does not know it, so it will be interesting for them. This is how it goes. Question: How do you relax? Answer: I don't get stressed. So the same applies to tensions in international affairs. We are not stressing anyone out, we are not creating problems," Putin said at the Valdai Discussion Club forum in the Russian city of Sochi.
