Al Bowardi meets UK Ambassador, discusses ties
Ways of promoting cooperation between the UAE and the United Kingdom were the main topic of discussion at a meeting Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, had with Patrick Moody, British Ambassador to the UAE, and his accompanying delegation, on Monday.
ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018) Ways of promoting cooperation between the UAE and the United Kingdom were the main topic of discussion at a meeting Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, had with Patrick Moody, British Ambassador to the UAE, and his accompanying delegation, on Monday.
During the meeting, Al Bowardi welcomed Mr.
Patrick and explored ways of supporting coordination between the UAE and the UK in light of the two countries' ties of friendship. They also reviewed aspects of cooperation in various fields.
The two sides also discussed a number of issues of common concern in addition to regional and international developments.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials and senior officers of the Ministry of Defence.
