"The issue of need for a super heavy-lift rocket has been long debated in Russia.
This question was answered by our predecessors - not for nothing were they developing the Energy-Buran project. A super heavy-lift carrier rocket is certainly necessary, that is the future. Developing it is one of the industry's strategic priorities," Borisov said.
