Roscosmos Chief Says to Hold Talks in September in India on Russian Rocket Engine Supplies

"We know that our Indian colleagues are developing a manned program... In late September, we will send our delegation to New Delhi and we will discuss these issues there. The entire range of Russian engine manufacturing, except for the most modern products, is subject to exportation," Rogozin said.
