MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 30th August, 2018) The UN contingent returned to the Golan Heights nearly in full strength, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said Thursday.
He said "a very constructive agreement was reached with all the parties concerned, including with the Americans, that these territories will be controlled by the Syrian Armed Forces in the south of Syria, and it happened in this way.
"
"This allowed the UN forces to return nearly in full strength [to the Golan Heights]. It was a great success," Bogdanov said.
