Russia's Bogdanov, Syrian Ambassador Discuss Return of Syrian Refugees
Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov on Tuesday discussed with Syrian Ambassador to Russia Riyad Haddad the recent developments in Syria, including the return of Syrian refugees to their homes, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 14th August, 2018) Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov on Tuesday discussed with Syrian Ambassador to Russia Riyad Haddad the recent developments in Syria, including the return of Syrian refugees to their homes, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"During the meeting, an in-depth exchange of views took place on the development of the situation in and around Syria. Special attention was paid to the implementation of the Russian initiative on the return of Syrian refugees and internally displaced persons to places of their permanent residence," the ministry said in a statement.
