Teefa in Trouble breaks all box office records
The movie has done a collective business of over Rs85 million in four days.
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 24th July, 2018) Ali Zafar and Maya Ali starrer Pakistani movie ‘Teefa in Trouble’ has broken all the box office records, leaving behind Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.
According to the distributor, the movie has done a collective business of over Rs85 million in four days.
On opening day the film raked in a business of Rs23.1 million breaking the record previously held by Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.
The achievement has left Ali Zafar speechless.
In his Instagram post on Tuesday, the Teefa star said, “I have no words to define my gratitude. For two years we worked day and night for this. Here we are. THANK YOU 🙏 ❤️ Humbled.

Teefa in Trouble is a romantic action comedy film, starring Ali Zafar, Maya Ali, Mahmood Aslam, Javed Sheikh, Fia Khan, Faisal Qureshi, Simi Raheel, Nayyar Ejaz, Asma Abbas, Moiz Kazmi and Mahenur Haider.
It was released on July 20 all across the country.
The film is a directorial debut of Ahsan Rahim and is produced by Ali Zafar and his wife Ayesha Fazli. The movie has been written by Ali Zafar and his younger brother Danyal Zafar.
The film is shot mainly in Poland and Pakistan apart from one song which is filmed in Bangkok.
