1 Indian soldier captured at LoC, several others killed
(Pakistan Point News – 30th September, 2016) : 8 Indian soldiers were gunned down in response to Indian forces’ unprovoked firing at Line of Control (LoC) on Friday, which claimed lives of 2 Pakistani soldiers.
According to different military sources, Indian forces had not even collected 4 of the bodies of their soldiers from LoC.
The Indian soldiers were reportedly trying to cross the border. They opened fire on Pakistani soldiers with mortar guns and martyred 2 soldiers, while they were shot dead on their way back.
Director General Military Operations India has claimed that they carried out a surgical strike in Pakistan.
