Dubai Civil Defence, University of Sharjah sign MoU

DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News - 04th Jun, 2018) The Dubai Civil Defence, DCD, and the University of Sharjah, UoS, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, to promote joint cooperation in the areas of safety and precautionary awareness, and aid the DCD’s rescue missions and train its staff about methods of protection.

The MoU was signed by Brigadier Jamal bin A'adhid Al Muhairi, Assistant Director-General for Resources and Support Services at the DCD, and Dr. Humaid Mjol Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of the UoS.

The MoU explains the common goal of both parties to serve the public, which requires coordination and providing the necessary support to ensure success, as well as their initiatives and related projects while ensuring knowledge transfer and exchange of information, research and consultations relevant to their work, such as scientific conferences and forums.
