US House Approves Bill to Expedite Visas for Afghans Who Supported American Troops
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd July, 2021) The US House of Representatives passed legislation on Thursday that expedites the Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) application process for Afghans who assisted American forces during the war in Afghanistan.
The House of Representatives passed H.R.3985, also known as the Allies Act of 2021, in a 407-16 vote.
