Tajikistan bypasses Afghanistan, plans to join Pakistan road link

TAJIKISTAN, (Pakistan Point News – 25th Feb, 2017) : Tajikistan bypassed Afghanistan entirely and decided to join Pakistan road link. Reportedly, where Kabul is reluctant to seal a transit trade agreement, Tajikistan is confident to join hands with Pakistan and connect it with Central Asia, completely bypassing Afghanistan.

Sources have informed that Tajikistan has requested to be a part of Quadrilateral Traffic in Transit Agreement (QTTA). It is a deal among China, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan to facilitate transit traffic and trade. The request has been approved and in compliance with its parliament the state will become a formal member of this deal.
