Riyadh, October (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 13 اكتوبر 2025ء) The center will focus on training national and regional professionals in social insurance and pension systems, enhancing their ability to keep pace with economic and social developments, and improving the efficiency of insurance frameworks and the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. It will also support research and development in social protection, serving as a platform for cooperation and knowledge exchange among Arab countries, thereby consolidating Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional hub for knowledge creation and professional capacity building.
This step will enable Arab countries to access specialized training programs that adhere to international standards, contributing to developing insurance policies and programs, enhancing pension system sustainability, and adopting the best global practices in governance and digital transformation. The center will also support nationalization efforts and human capital development within the Kingdom, making it a regional beacon for knowledge transfer and innovative solutions to future challenges in the social insurance sector.
The announcement by the ISSA Arab Liaison Office coincides with the conclusion of the General Organization for Social Insurance’s participation in the World Social Security Forum 2025, held in Kuala Lumpur. The forum brought together international leaders and experts to discuss the future of social protection systems, aligning with the organization’s efforts to enhance its global presence and adopt international best practices.
