Immediate examinations and imaging were conducted, along with an exploratory abdominal procedure, which revealed a perforation in the duodenum and an associated abscess that was causing the intense pain.
Following admission, the patient underwent a successful surgical operation performed by a specialized medical team. He received the necessary treatments, and it was determined that he could be discharged upon completing his treatment plan. The patient has recovered and is now able to continue performing the Hajj rituals.
