MOSCOW, (Pakistan Point News – 18th Dec, 2016) : Russian President Vladimir Putin told Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in a telegram that Russia was ready to increase cooperation against terrorism after a car bomb attack in Turkey's central province of Kayseri. Putin also expressed his condolences to Erdoğan and said he was sure the response to such attacks should be a more resolute struggle against extremist groups.
