US President Donald Trump on Thursday paved the way for sanctions against foreign companies doing business with North Korea
UNITED NATIONS, United States, Sept 21, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Sep, 2017 ) - US President Donald Trump on Thursday paved the way for sanctions against foreign companies doing business with North Korea, a first step toward possible punitive measures against Chinese and other firms.
In what could portend a dramatic tightening of the economic noose around the Pyongyang regime, Trump signed an executive order that would allow sanctions against "individuals and companies that finance and facilitate trade with North Korea."
