A hand grenade exploded in a teenager's rucksack on a bus in rebel-held eastern Ukraine on Tuesday, killing one child and wounding three others from the same school, separatist authorities said
Donetsk, Ukraine, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2018 ) :A hand grenade exploded in a teenager's rucksack on a bus in rebel-held eastern Ukraine on Tuesday, killing one child and wounding three others from the same school, separatist authorities said.
The apparent accident happened as a group of children aged 14 to 16 were taking a bus in the town of Debaltseve in the rebels' self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, a rebel official was quoted as saying by the separatist news agency DAN.
"The children were going home from school. One of them had a hand grenade in a rucksack. As a result of its detonation, a blast took place," the official Ruslan Yakubov said. "One child died and three were injured, all of them in the eighth grade at Debaltseve's School No. 5." The official urged parents to talk to their children to prevent "accidents with explosive objects".
