Temperature Soars To 44 Degree Celsius In Faisalabad

The city on Monday witnessed a very hot day as temperature reached to 44 degree centigrade.

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th May, 2018 ) :The city on Monday witnessed a very hot day as temperature reached to 44 degree centigrade. The tripping of electricity supply coupled with load shedding further aggravated the situation during the month of Ramdanul Mubarak.

The people including youngsters and children preferred to remain inside their houses or take bath at canals and tube wells to beat the heat. Public parks and other picnic points wore a deserted look while business in shopping malls, business centers and markets remained dull due to sweltering heat.

The local meteorological department recorded minimum temperature on Monday as 27 degree centigrade. No respite was in sight from scorching heat within the next couple of days, the met office predicted.
