National Disaster Management Authority made precautionary arrangements for Moonsoon

National Disaster Management Authority has made precautionary arrangements to cope with any emergency during the Moonsoon season.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Mar, 2018 ) :National Disaster Management Authority has made precautionary arrangements to cope with any emergency during the Moonsoon season. NDMA spokesperson, Brigadier Mukhtar Ahmad said that over 96 heavy-duty pumps for water drainage have been handed over to provincial and regional authorities in the country, reported Radio Pakistan.

The NDMA has also handed over 63 water filtration plants for clean drinking water for the people to all the PDMAs besides forty-two thousand plastic mats.
