Police have registered terrorism cases against lawyers upon attack on Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC)

The lawyers including the LBA leaders were booked under 7TA and other Sections including Section of 302 of Pakistan Penal Code, 1860, over charges of attacking Lahore’s cardiac hospital, putting a police van on fire and creating law and order situation in the city.

Strict security arrangements have been made in and outside the Anti-Terrorism Court.

Raja Basharat said that some of the protesters have been identified and action would be taken against them with no compromise.

Sources say that Initial report prepared by the PIC has been sent to Punjab health department on the issue.

The senior lawyer says strict action must be taken against the rioters at PIC.

Provincial health minister says that she is with doctors and FIR will be lodged against the lawyers over their torture and protest at PIC.
