DCO for implementing flood control plan

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july, 2016) : District Coordination Officer Salman Ghani on Friday directed the district administration to implement a flood control plan in its true spirit.

Chairing a meeting, he said the entire machinery of Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Faisalabad Waste Management Company (FWMC), Irrigation Department, Forest Department, Civil Defense, Rescue 1122, Livestock, Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) and TMAs should be kept in working condition so that any emergency during rainy season could be dealt. He also directed to keep flood control rooms at the DCO Office and WASA at high alert.
