Commissioner Emphasis Revenue Officers To Expedite Computerization Of Record

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july, 2016) - The Commissioner Hyderabad Qazi Shahid Pervez has asked the revenue officers to complete the process of computerization and verification of records of the rights of land at the earliest so that the people of the province could get benefits of the modern technology and preserve their record. Presiding over a meeting of the Additional Deputy Commissioners of Hyderabad Division here at Shahbaz Hall on Friday, the Commissioner set two months for scrutiny, verification and microfilming of the records from 1985 to 2016. He also asked the Additional Deputy Commissioners and officers of the Revenue Department to constitute teams of Supervisors and Tapedars in each Taluka of the Division and complete the computerization and verification work of the record and submit the same at the office of the Senior Member board of Revenue.
He emphasised them to complete the work considering it as national duty adding that he personally pay visit at the offices and strict legal action will be taken against those officials who found negligence in the duty. The Commissioner assigned the task to Additional Commissioner-I Sajjad Haider Shah to monitor the computerization and verification work, provide required training by making effective coordination with the Assistant Commissioners and Mukhtiarkars and submit the taluka wise report to him.
