Muhammad Zubair's Appointment As Governor Sindh Widely Welcomed

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Feb, 2017 ) : The appointment of Muhammad Zubair as Governor Sindh has been widely welcomed in political and business circles. Different political leaders, talking to APP after the oath-taking ceremony of Muhammad Zubair as Governor Sindh here on Thursday, described Muhammad Zubair's selection as a positive development for the province.

Commenting on the appointment, State Minister for Capital Administration Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said Muhammad Zubair had good reputation and he would prove as the best Governor for the province. The State Minister expressed his confidence that the newly appointed Governor, with his experience, would fulfill the expectations of the people of the province and play his proactive role in the development and prosperity of the province.

In his comments, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadear Daniyal Aziz said the appointment of Muhammad Zubair as Governor Sindh reflects Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif's love for the province.

He hoped that Muhammad Zubair would help in promoting business and trade activities in the province. Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) chief Farooq Sattar also welcomed the appointment of Muhammad Zubair as Governor Sindh.

He pointed out that the newly appointed Governor was well versed with the challenges of both rural and urban areas of the province. He expressed hope that the Governor would play his role for the resolution of problems of the province.

Commenting on the appointment of Governor Sindh, PML-N Sindh President Ismail Rahu said Muhammad Zubair was a kind person and his tenure would promote sense of security and harmony among the people of Sindh, as he would equally serve the people of both rural and urban areas.
