KP PA Speaker Pays Surprise Visit To HMC

PESHAWAR, Feb 1 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Feb, 2017 ) : Speaker, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Asad Qaiser Wednesday paid a surprise visit to Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) and inspected various sections beside Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Casualty, Medical Wards, Children Ward and Pharmacy of the hospital.

During the visit, he was accompanied by the Managing Director (MD) HMC, Professor Dr. Shehzad Akbar, Planning Officer, Dr. Sher Zaman, Casaulty Incharge, Dr. Mohammad Shah and other authorities of the hospital.

The Speaker inquired after the health of patients and collected information regarding medical facilities provided to them by the management of the hospital. Briefing the Speaker of the provincial assembly, Planning Officer, Dr.

Sher Zaman said that all departments of the HMC had registered improvement after conversion of the hospital into medical training institute. He said that experienced and professional health staff was available all times to proivide modern medical facilities to the patients in the complex while latest instruments and machinery had also been installed in all departments.

Speaking on the occasion, Asad Qaiser directed the management for leaving no stone unturned in providing medical faciliteis to patients. He said the provision of modern health facilities to the people was the top priority of the provincial government and using all resources to health sector to make it at par with the expectations of the general public.
