FDMA Asks TDPs To Get ATMs, SIMs By July 31 For Govt. Assistance Package

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july,2016) : The Provincial Disasters Management Authority (FDMA) asked the temporarily displaced people of Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, North Waziristan and South Waziristan Agencies to get their ATM cards and SIMs from the selected mobile companies by July 31, 2016 for transfer of assistance amount under the Government's relief package to them. FDMA officials told APP on Friday that those TDPs, who have signed their voluntarily registration forms (VRF) and did not receive their SIMs for transport grant of Rs10,000 and ATM for return grant of Rs25,000 till yet, have been directed to get their ATMs and SIMs from complaint offices of the concerned mobile companies of Telenor, zong and mobilink so that the assistance amount announced by the Government could be transferred to them under a transparent mechanism.
The officials said those TDPs who did not get their mobile SIMs and ATM cards by July 31, 2016 their Names would be expelled under the Government's policy and would be declared ineligible for the said financial assistance package.
