FC Makes Plan To Hold Series Of Free Medical Camps In Bajaur

KHAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july, 2016) : The Frontier Crops (FC) on Thursday launched a scheme to arrange free medical camps in remote areas of Bajaur Agency aiming to provide medical facilities to the people of the region. This was stated by Bajaur Scouts Medical Unit In charge Captain Dr Waqas while taking to reporters at a free medical camp held in Mena area of Mamund tehsil on Thursday. He said the free medical camps were being organized in line with special directives of Inspector general of Frontier Crops and Commandant Bajaur Scouts to provide free of cast medical treatment to the people of backward and hilly areas of the agency.
More than 16, 00 people of different localities, majority of them women, children and aged persons, were provided with free treatment and medicines in the free medical camp held in Mena area, he informed. He said besides lab facility to patients, anti-polio vaccines were also administered to hundreds of children in the camp.
