ACCRA, , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jan, 2017 ) - Ghana's players at the Africa Cup of Nations on Thursday agreed to have their win bonuses at the tournament slashed in half, a source close to the squad revealed.
Following a meeting between the squad and the country's sports minister in Gabon earlier this week, players agreed to accept $5,000 per match in the first round and quarter-finals, down from $10,000.
Should the Black stars make the semi-finals, they would receive $6,000 each with $7,500 if they get to the final.
