Lahore,(Pakistan Point News - 28 July,2016) :CM Punjab Shahbaz Shareef Took notice of the news about torture cell in Rahim Yar Khan.He said that Govt. would take severe action against the officials who established a private torture cell.No man is above the law.Action would be taken with out any difference.
