ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jan, 2017 ) : Islamabad District Court (IDC) Thursday extended three-day physical remand to an accused pretending himself as advisor to Chief Justice (CJ).
Senior Civil Judge Abdul Gafoor Kakar heard the case and directed to reproduce the accused Naeem Athar Abbas Bukhari on January 29 before the court.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)'s Cyber Crime Wing requested for 10-day extension in physical remand of the accused to further probe into the matter.
The accused's counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan pleaded that his client was falsely involved in the case as he did not send any text through short message service (SMS) to anyone pretending himself as advisor to Chief Justice. His cell phone was being used by someone else and his client was innocent.
