Guard Killed, Another Injured During Bank Dacoity

ATTOCK, Jan 25 APP: A security guard lost his life while another received multiple injuries when they tried to foil a bank dacoity. According to details three dacoits entered the branch of Muslim Commercial Bank at Khunda and held the staff and customers at gunpoint, They looted more than 5 lac Rupees.
The security guards tried to overpower the culprits who opened fire as a result security guard Ansar Mehmood and Sardar Asad Ali received multiple bullet injuries. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital where Ansar Mehmood succumbed to his injuries while Asad Ali has been shifted to a hospital in Rawalpindi.
The police reached the crime scene and collected evidence. Police on the complaint of the bank manager have registered a case and are investigating.
