SHC Directs To Remove Ayyan Ali's Name From ECL

KARACHI, (Pakistan Point News – 19th Jan, 2017) : Sindh High Court ordered to remove Ayyan Ali’s name from Exit Control List (ECL). Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh inquired about the reason behind the respite on which the lawyer replied that his work is only to request. The judge said that the judiciary has performed their duties in the case. Ayyan Ali was arrested from Benazir International airport for smuggling US $5 lac after which a case was registered against her. Her name was included in ECL due to interrogation of custom officer Ejaz Mehmood’s murder case.
