NATAL, Brazil, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2017 ) : The governor of a Brazilian state hit by deadly rioting stemming from fighting between drug gangs in jail called Thursday for troops to be sent to end the spreading violence.

President Michel Temer to authorize the immediate deployment today of the armed forces, the army and the navy, to occupy the streets of Natal," the northern coastal town where a prison riot has apparently spilled over into street unrest, state governor Robinson Faria said on radio station CBN.
