FRANKFURT AM MAIN, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2017 ) - ECB chief Mario Draghi on Thursday said the time would come when the bank would start winding down its unprecedented stimulus measures in the face of improved growth and rising inflation, but that time had not yet come.
"I am pretty sure that it will come the time, (and) then we will have to have a very deep, very careful discussion and analysis of the situation. But we are not there," Draghi told reporters at a Frankfurt press conference. He added that the governing council had not discussed winding down its massive bond-buying programme at Thursday's first policy meeting of 2017.
