CDA Starts Action Against Habitual Late Comers, Absent Employees

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2017 ) : Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration has started taking action against habitual late comers and absent employees. Member Administration, CDA, Muhammad Yasir Pirzada has issued a circular in this regard.

Mayor of Islamabad and Chairman CDA, Sheikh Anser Aziz has directed to take action against habitual late comers and absent employees. Member Administration, has issued a circular whereby all the directorates of CDA have been asked to inform the Authority about the action taken against the habitual late comers and absent employees.

He directed all the directorates to submit their replies within seven days. The Information Technology Directorate of CDA, has generated data regarding late comers and absent employees. The data contains Names, designations, departments, basic pay scales and employee numbers.

The data further contains the number days of employees when they were absent. The percentage of user count, presence, early left and lates off employees is also part of the data. The data has been generated for months of November and December 2016.

Deputy Director General (HRD), Deputy Director General (Law), Director Public Relations, Director Architecture, Deputy Director General (Planning) and Director Housing Societies have been directed to submit their replies.

Director Enforcement, Director Land and Rehabilitation, Director Security, Deputy Director sports and Culture, Drawing and Disbursing Officer Treasury Division have also been directed to submit their replies regarding late comers and absent employees and the action taken against them within seven days.
