DG Rangers Calls On Punjab Governor

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jan, 2017 ) :The newly-appointed Director General (DG) Rangers Punjab,Major Gen Azhar Naveed Hayat Khan called on Governor Punjab Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana at the Governor's House here.
Punjab Governor,during the meeting on Tuesday,said the success of Zarb-e-Azb was the result of mutual confidence as well as harmony between the Armed forces and the political leadership.
"Protection of life and property of common man is the first and foremost responsibility of the government",he said, adding that Pakistan's enemies must bear in mind that the country's defense is impregnable and in safe hands.
DG Rangers Maj Gen Azhar said the sacrifices of the Armed forces and the law enforcement agencies for peace and security of the country would not go waste.
