Zahoor Enthralls Audience At Nishtar Hall

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jan, 2017 ) : World renowned Sufi-singer, Saieen Zahoor enthralled audience leaving them in an awesome reverie through his mystic performance in a cultural show at Nishtar Hall here late Sunday night.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of audience including families, music lovers and civil society members.The event was organised by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture Department as part of their endeavours to promote regional culture and its associated music and culture .

Appearance of Saieen who was dressed in his traditional attire embroidered Kurta with richly decorated musical instrument "Ektara", radiated a sense of spiritualism in the hall that permeated into audience leading to a thundering applause for mystic singer.

Ovation of listeners rumbled the hall when Saieeen Zahoor started to perform on famous versus of Baba Bulhe Shah, `Chal Mele to Chalie', Coke Studio famed song. Son of Saieen Zahoor, Sharafat Ali and his prot, Khawar Abbas also mesmerized the viewers by their performance on famous Punjabi and Pashtu folk songs.
