Cricket: Bangladesh declare at 595-8

WELLINGTON, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Jan, 2017 ) - Bangladesh declared their first innings at 595-8 on the third morning of the first Test against New Zealand at the Basin Reserve in Wellington on Saturday.

Sabbir Rahman was not out on 54, the fifth player to reach a half century in an innings headlined by Shakib Al Hasan's 217.

It is the second highest innings in Bangladesh history behind the 638 posted in the first innings against Sri Lanka in a drawn Test in Galle four years ago.
