Media Stages Token Walkout Of Senate On Cyber Crimes Bill

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th july,2016) : The media on Wednesday staged token walkout of Senate to protest against the Cyber Crimes Bill, 2016. Chief Whip of PML-N, Mushahidullah Khan, who went after them, later informed the House that the media members were protesting against not taking them into confidence on the Cyber Crimes Bill, 2016.
Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani asked Mushahidullah to arrange meeting of the media representative with the concerned quarters to address their concerns over the bill.
