LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th july,2016) : Chairman Evacuee Trust Property board (ETPB), Siddique-ul-Farooq Wednesday said that popularity graph of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has further increased in the country. Talking to APP, he said that PML-N landslide victory in recent AJK elections was a clear example of this popularity. "The land slide victory of Pakistan Muslim League-N in the general elections in Azad Jammu & Kashmir And Gilgit Batistan (GB) has reflected the overwhelming confidence of GB people and Kashmiris in the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his government," he added. Pakistan will indeed emerge as the model state to be furnished with all basic needs of life including modern infra-structure of civic amenities, he said.
Siddiq-ul-Farooq said that the PML (N) practically proved, through implementing its policies towards the development and progress of the country which could be assessed through the unprecedented uplift and progress of various parts of the country.
He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has adopted a bold stance on Kashmir and significantly highlighted this core issue, adding the Kashmiris have realized that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was the only leader who had the ability and vision to address this core issue in accordance with Kashmiris' wishes. "Those who raised the slogans of 'Change' in the last general election have miserably failed to address problems of masses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the recent results in AJK general elections was an eye-opener for all of them," he added. To a question, he said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan's dream of becoming the prime minister would remain a pipe dream. "Khan changes his stance repeatedly and his attitude is non-serious and his agenda is based on point-scoring only," he said.
