Minister For Making Provincial Curriculum Compatible With Modern Standards

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jan, 2017 ) : Sindh Minister for education and Literacy Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has stressed the need for making provincial curriculum compatible with modern standards.
He was presiding over the fourth meeting regarding Sindh Curriculum Council at his office, said a statement issued here on Thursday. The minister directed to constitute a committee and submit its report pertaining to the curriculum in the next meeting.
The meeting agreed to get feedback for bringing improvements in the educational books and also emphasized on reviewing those. Jam directed the officers concerned to make their recommendations so as to the ability of teachers and to improve the standard of educational curriculum as soon as possible.
Besides others the meeting was attended by Secretary Education Schools Jamal Mustafa Syed, Additional Secretary Nawaz Soho and Head of Curriculum Wing Dr Fozia Khan.
