Rs 13mln Equipments Provided To Agency HQ Hospital Parachinar

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jan, 2017 ) : The Federal government through FATA Secretariat and political administration on Thursday handed over Rs 13 million equipments to Agency Headquarters Hospital Parachinar for better health facilities for tribal people.

The equipments included Computer Radiography, Dialysis Machine, Generator, Reverse Osmosis and others were provided as parts of the federal government's efforts to provide good health facilities in their own areas.

Assistant Political Agent Parachinar Shahid Ali Khan and Agency Coordinator FATA Development Program Muhammad Ilyas on the occasion said that these facilities are reflection of the government's commitment to ensure health facilities to all.

Speaking on the occasion, Medical Superintendent Dr Sabir Hussain expressed gratitude to the federal government and said that the local tribal people now would not have to go to Kohat or Peshawar for medical treatment. The tribal elders, social activities and local people also thanked the federal government and FATA Secretariat for extending the facilities.
