Local govt to play vital role in public welfare

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jan, 2017 ) : Balochistan Minister for Local governments Sardar Mustafa Tareen has said that local government system plays a vital role in resolving public problems.

He said that funds will be provided to the elected representatives of the district governments to enable them to address and mitigate public hardships,reported Radio Pakistan.

Provincial minister said that under MPA funds over twenty new schemes pertaining to social sector are in progress in Pishin district which are likely to be accomplished before the close of the current fiscal year.
