A Murderer hanged

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th july,2016) : A criminal, involved in murder case of Bhalwal police station, was hanged to death at District Jail Sargodha on Wednesday. Jail authorities said that the accused Muhammad Sibtain Shah resident of Nabi Shah Khurd had murdered his opponent Ilyas Hussain on February, 23, 1998, over some certain reasons; the local police registered case against the accused and presented Challan in the court.

Jail sources further said that District and Session Judge Qaiser Nadeem had ordered to hand the culprit on March, 22 2008. The District Session Judge Muhammad Abdul Nasir released his black warrant after the President of Pakistan had rejected his appeal of mercy. The body was handed over the heirs after execution.
