MD WASA Takes Steps For 100pc Recovery Of Bills

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jan, 2017 ) : Managing Director WASA Rao Muhammad Qasim has increased three circles of WASA in order to resolve the public complaints and ensure 100 per cent recovery.
According to WASA official sources, the total circles of WASA Multan were 10, which now have reached 13.
The MD WASA directed each circle in-charge to ensure recovery of 20,000 accounts every month.
The MD has set recovery target of Rs 28.5 million for the month of January. Giving briefing in a meeting to MD WASA, Deputy Director Recovery Mansoor Ahmed said that the recovery target for 2016-17 was Rs 300 million, out of which Rs 130 million had been recovered till Dec 31, 2016. The MD WASA showed dissatisfaction over the recovery ratio.
