Army Sets Up Relief Camp In District Tharparkar

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july, 2016) : In continuation of Operation Labbaik-2, a relief camp was established by Hyderabad Garrison of Pakistan Army at Village Birya Taluka Dali of district Tharparkar on Tuesday. According to an ISPR release, the Army troops distributed 10 tons of ration among drought affected families, Besides this, a large number of patients were also provided free medical care along with medicines.
Diseases like Flu, cough, Malaria, Anemia, Gastric/Skin problems etc were treated by experts of Army doctors, lady doctors, nursing and paramedical staff. Since last two years, Army has distributed 3883 tons of rations in Thar among 1,93,068 families and treated over 1,31,247 patients.
