Minor Maid Torture Case: Registrar IHC Submits Report In SC

ISLAMABAD, Jan 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Jan, 2017 ) : On submission of report by Registrar, Islamabad High Court, (IHC) regarding torture on minor maid servant working in the house of Judicial Officer, Chief Justice Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has fixed the matter in Court on January 6.
Notices have been issued to Advocate General, Islamabad, DIG and SSP, Islamabad to appear alongwith relevant record and to ensure production of the victim minor and her parents and near relatives mentioned in record, a press release said.
Notice has also been issued for attendance of accused Maheen Zafar while learned District & Session Judge Islamabad West has been directed to ensure production of Record and Proceedings of the case.
