ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july, 2016) : A new and innovative Hover Camera will be introduced soon in market to address snapping selfies issue as it gives an aerial option to take pictures or videos. A flying drone called Hover Camera does 4k video and 13 megapixels of snapshot-taking goodness, ready to record high quality video or snap that perfect selfie from as far as one likes. Pro-Pakistani news portal has reported that Hover Camera is a drone for personal use and tiny enough yet huge enough to indulge self-photography needs.
It is foldable and can be controlled through smartphone. It is light, given its carbon fibre material, but the best part is that wings on drone are enclosed.
A US-based company has developed the drone-cum-camera, taking two years before it was ready for consumer use.
It will go on sale in next few months. As for availability, it would first debut in China followed by America. Still no word on when it will go on sale in Europe and Asia. Battery life of Hover Camera has also been kept under wraps at moment.
A new removable battery tech is being worked upon so that its operation time is more than what one can see currently in drones available in the market. The idea is to make a consumer-grade drone model that is sufficient for everyone and perfectly safe to use.
