KIU campus to be established up in Ghizer: Governor GB

GILGIT, Jan 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) : Governor Gilgit Baltistan, Mir Ghazenfer Ali Khan Tuesday said a campus of Karakoram International University (KIU) equipped with state of the art facilities wouldl soon be established in district Ghizer.

Talking to a delegation of Ghizer headed by Karamat Ullah here, he said with their efforts, people of Hunza and Diamer had already got KIU campuses, which was a big achievement. He said higher education was key to success and they were trying their best to establish more higher educational institutions in Gilgit- Baltistan.

He assured the delegation that government would promote quality and standard of education in district Ghizer.
