Cricket: Williamson leads New Zealand to comfortable win

NAPIER, New Zealand, Jan 3, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) - Kane Williamson led New Zealand to a comfortable six-wicket win in the opening Twenty20 match against Bangladesh in Napier on Tuesday.

New Zealand cut down their 142-run target with two overs to spare, with captain Williamson not out 73 and Colin de Grandhomme unbeaten on 41. The put on 81 for the fifth wicket after the first four New Zealand wickets fell for 62.
