District Education And Health Authorities Approved

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Jan, 2017 ) :Provincial government has approved to establish education and health authorities in the district to become functional from January 15. According to a spokesman of Commissioner office,such authorities would be operational in all the four districts of this division and initially Deputy Commissioners would be the administrators.

He also highlighted that Chairman and board of directors would soon be nominated for these authorities.

It is pertinent to mention that technocrats are being given active role to run the administrative system of such authorities as CEO of the authorities shall be a technocrat member and act as its secretary. The chairman and vice chairman would also be technocrat members.The authorities will operate under Punjab Local Government Act 2003.
