District Administration Imposes Ban On School Vans CNG Kits; Unauthorized Mining

The district administration has imposed ban on use of CNG kits in school vans and placing students' bags on the top of vehicles to ensure safety of school children

SWABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2020 ) :The district administration has imposed ban on use of CNG kits in school vans and placing students' bags on the top of vehicles to ensure safety of school children.

A notification issued here says that Deputy Commissioner has imposed order under section-144 cr PC on use of CNG kits in vehicles and placing of students bags on the top of vehicles which are transporting schools going children with immediate effect. It says that such practice dangerous to the precious lives to the children.

Similarly, the DC has under section 144 Cr.PC also imposed ban on un-auctioned and unauthorized mining at various areas of the district.

The areas including Adnan Talso Jaganath, Jalbai Dobian, Malak Abad Gadoon, Sher Dara Mir Ali, Naray Kanda, Qulagal Kota Gadoon, Panjman, Kadal Zalda Badri Khwar, Gajju Ghundal, Gandaf, Jalbai, Dobian, Jamil Abad, Block "A" & "B", Dab Korona Dobian, Dab Korona Jalsai, Owch Khwar for the period of two months 02-Months or till the grant of new lease whichever is earlier, in the above mentioned areas of District Swabi.

Strict actions would be taken against violators of the order said a notification issued here on Wednesday.
